1. Set Gta launcher as an administrator

First of all in order to fix unable to launch issue in Gta 5, You have to close everything. After that you have to go on Gta 5 game directory. Which means go on folder where you already installed Gta5. Then right click on each Gta 5 icon, Then Go to the properties and set “run your game as an administrator.

Here you will see there is many Gta 5 icon. So you have to do same thing for each of them. Set each Gta 5 icon to the run as an administrator.

2. Set Rockstar launcher as an administartor
